Toyota recognized the value of Oltmans throughout the planning and implementation of this project as a major project team contributor, business partner and builder of our most important Port Vehicle Distribution Center in our North American operations. During preconstruction they presented insightful value engineering opportunities. In construction they offered practical and cost-effective solutions to any construction issues when they arose. Throughout construction, they dealt with the effects of COVID and supply chain issues while keeping the project on time and on budget.

From their leadership to their journeymen, and all roles in between, I have found Oltmans people to be very high-integrity, concerned about my project, and very competent and capable. They are extremely professional, easy to work with, and excellent communicators. Oltmans seemed to want to complete the project with nearly as much excellence as I did, as the owner. I have truly enjoyed working with them on five (5) projects of similar size and value over the last ten (10) years. I trust them, I have confidence in them, and I like them. I can't recommend Oltmans highly enough--they are one of my go-to contractors anywhere in California or the West.

Working with Oltmans was truly a great experience. Every person, from the top of the organization to the bottom, was very professional. I was always kept informed of the status of the project and was always brought in to discuss the inevitable challenges.
